Hines has submitted their proposal for the parking lot on the west side of Marquette between 9th and 10th for environmental review. Not a ton of details, but the basics are 31 floors, 440', 719,000 sqft office, 21,000 sqft retail, 3 levels of underground parking.

Another 400 foot wide box! Hopefully, it'll changed in design and height! Should be a Mixed-use proposal IMO!
