Does anyone know the actual height of this project, beyond the fact that it's 15F?

180.5 ft to the top of the elevator penthouse, 160.5 ft to the roof.

Is there a rendering other than this outline sketch for this project?
For 15 floors of residential, that is a decent height.

You'll usually be able to find initial arch. drawings and renders on the first page of a thread.

^Thanks for the photo update. It won't be long before this project starts poking up over the tree line and is visible from all over.

the river side first 3 floors is so far solid concrete, no openings, assuming that the parkade, I thought they would want some daylight coming in? hopefully the bunker look from riverside stops soon

It is quite reminiscent of something you would have found on Juno Beach 80 years ago haha! Everytime I see it lately I think how awesome it would be as a paintball arena at the moment.

Thanks for the updates, with the warm weather coming, I bet they'll be zooming through the construction of the upper floors!

It has what is known as a luffing jib. It allows for longer reaches over the job side instead of using a tower crane.

It will be interesting to watch them move that big crane the 300 ft or so down the street to the construction site.
