Noticed this missing piece of facade today from my office window. I wonder when they’ll fix that. I’m sure you can see it from street level since that corner faces the park.

There is one FAA light on each corner of the parapet, bringing a total of 6 FAA lights on top the building. With that piece of electricity functioning above the crown, it looks as if the crown lighting will come soon!
Also the retail podium is receiving its cladding

Brick is starting to go up on the retail podium. Appears not to be pre-cast!

Also noticed some strange yellow/gold-ish moulding going up on the Walnut street side.

Wow, it's incredible how much this one blends in from a distance. Really has zero impact from this view while The Arthouse is so dominant. Hard to care too much though because when you're closer to it, this building really stands out. This really ended up looking great. I'm excited to see the podium finished.

If this photo was taken a couple blocks west the Laurel would slot real nicely between the IBC building and One Commerce Square East. Agreed tho in general. It's the perfect height for the lot imho

Just saw a magnificent skyline shot from the Phillies game. I'm not sure if iteration the crown lights or a reflection, but I see a set of lights lit on the bottom face of the crown.

They made that announcement in April too. I would have thought they'd hit a new milestone by now.

Apparently the Arthaus is now selling better than this. I’m hearing it’s overall just a more thoughtfully designed building.
