Maybe that person could reconfirm the height.
Actually, if this is a luffing crane, then it's jib is about 180' in length. So, when you subtract roughly 180' from 905' and then continue to subtract the height from the roof to the luffing's cab (or base of the jib) - you're in the 675'-685' ballpark for the tower's height.

No pictures but it sure looks like this one is going to move swiftly from demo to site prep. Jersey barriers now block off a lane of 6th for pedestrians and the perimeter fencing is bumped out into the road.

Surprised we've seen so little in the way of renderings for this one.

Looks like this is in the site prep stage now. They've broken through the concrete and are digging up dirt today.

Not that this means much, but all the FAA permits related to this project including the 905' tower crane have been approved. The tallest approved height of the building was still 675'.

I like the progress. It seems like this one is just a taller 44 East though.

Remember when we wondered if this project was going away after the BBVA / PNC merger. The plaza at Austin City Limits in the W is now called PNC Plaza, so that could indicate PNC is prepared to invest in Austin and maybe means they'll be the anchor tenant of this building?

OH no. Another undressed parking podium in the pipeline! I hope I am mistaken.

It's dressed with vertical white lines.

I guess you are right in the word "dressed"; it is dressed.

I hope it does not look as "discordant" to the tower part of the building as this rendering makes it look. The flow of this tower, from the street to the top is "interrupted" by the vertical white lines of the parking podium in my humble opinion.

I like the flow between the office and residential segments. Looks like something out of NYC.

Need to see the actual real life renderings. It looks kind of janky from this viewpoint.
