I agree, the lighting is nice. This a building that looks much better in person and from the ground level.

It still looks like something that would better fit in as the tallest building in some midsize Sunbelt city.

The tower's design definitely has it's positives and drawbacks, but that base might be the best executed from this cycle(in my humble opinion).
