You can see the third setback in the core directly above the last framed floor.

what are some lots you're keeping an eye on in this corner of downtown now? Some obvious ones:
1. the Tokyo Inn lot across the street... supposed to be a 24-story tower, seems dead?
2. a parking lot about a half block West, along Van Buren
3. a narrow parking lot to the SW corner of the BMO lot

any others?

One of the two OxBlue construction cams has been relocated to provide a better view as the tower rises:
