You can find it here. Filter "Permit Type" with "New Construction" and then sort by descending dates and it's about halfway down the list. Address is listed 1524 N Wells.

LOL I'm very aware of building permits. Here's my map for the last 10+ years of new construction permits in town:

I just missed this one somehow today and used another form to search by address but got the address wrong.

Riding the Brown Line to work, this thing shot up more recently. And it feels like it already has a big impact on the area. From the train at least it feels bigger from a few blocks away than I expected.
