Paseo diagram submitted. From the elevation drawings, it looked like the opposite side had and "L-Shape" which is why I decided to include that. Someone let me know if I'm wrong.

You are exactly correct. From the 15th floor all the way to the penthouse it has that L shaped floorplan. The city diagram is looking stunning due to your work!

Thank you both. It’s amazing how much trouble that parking podium gave me between the shading and the windows. If it wasn’t for the podium, I’d have submitted the diagram much sooner.

Thanks for the updates on this one (and of course all the others, but this one in particular)! It never gets any coverage, and can't be seen by either the 84 East or the Modern cams.

When does the city just shut down Rainey? Except for local and active construction traffic, of course.

What is local traffic anyway? It's not like people drive down Rainey to get somewhere else. Aren't people driving down Rainey to access locations along it? Whether that is residential or commercial, it all seems local to me.

I mean a lot of the traffic is local, either residents in the buildings around (for all I avoid actually driving down rainey), or in connection with the bars/restaurants/buildings there.

Though also depending on the time, a huge amount of the traffic in the rainey area generally is just ubers, lyfts, doordash, uber eats, and other delivery/rideshares. On a given friday night, I swear that accounts for a good 70-80% of the cars.

This building absolutely towers over Augustine next door. Tough to get a good photo tucked between the other buildings on Rainey.
