I know this is minor but I wish the mechanical openings were integrated into the facade a bit better like on Steinway Tower.

^ who knows as its still u/c, but i don’t see that you are going to notice mechanical floors once they glass up the open holes around the building.

i was wondering about the window washing rig, but it looks like it will be on the roof below a level of the smoked glass crown and out of sight.

yesterday -- from the alice austin house park in rosebank, staten island.

note the unusual sight of the staten island ferry -- it was out here in the narrows and was doing donuts under the verazzano bridge on a training run.
