it recently occurred to me that, thank goodness for Mission Rock, because come the end of the year, all the u/c projects in MB will be pretty much wrapped or wrapping up. the only things in the wings I can think of are:
- the Warriors hotel
- the smallish project on half of block 9, which one would think will start in the next few months
- maybe the biotech office building on Owens, but I don't know how really imminent that one is
- CCA's expansion, just outside MB proper
- a new ferry terminal?
maybe there will more stuff to watch at Pier 70 by then too
