Updated rendering of the Jamesville redevelopment in Hamilton. This project redevelops an existing 90-unit public housing townhouse complex into 447 new units, including 160 affordable units and 287 market rate units. The apartment blocks will be the affordable housing components, the stacked townhouses the market rate units. This is notably immediately beside the GO station and is generally an absolutely excellent location.

updated proposal for 310 Frances Avenue, which is on the side of the QEW (Toronto - Buffalo Freeway) by Lake Ontario. 49, 44, and 40 storeys, over 1,400 units. This will be not only the tallest building in Hamilton, but would be the tallest building between Mississauga and Edmonton in Canada if completed today.

73 Hughson St N - 30 storeys, 106m (347ft).

This marks the 44th building over 15 storeys proposed or under construction in Downtown Hamilton.

Speaking of under construction, 41 Wilson St E started construction last week. The complex will consist of three 30 storey buildings with over 900 units. Heights between 328ft and 338ft. These three buildings now make 10 total buildings over 30 storeys tall under construction in Hamilton. Hamilton currently has 3 buildings over that height.
