This was taken on President Kennedy approaching Jeanne Mance. Building is at intersection of De Maisonneuve and Bleury and is located on former site of the Domtar park at Place des Arts metro.

Update about the project

Hotel Honeyrose will open up Q2, 2023 (another Marriott)

Other spects

Project height: 116.5 Metres
Rooms: 143
five terraces in total
Commercial: There will be a restaurant, cafe and a lounge/terrace on the 5th floor.
7,000 sq ft of conference space.
Floor 16-35: IVY Apartments
