Hopefully all this time they're taking on the facade they've been working on the inside so many of the upper floors can be ready when they start leasing!

That building on the right is spectacular. Nice to see something out of the mold.

Sidewalk poured for West Peachtree side, Spring street’s was poured a week or so ago

No doubt the Spring St side as WAY more street appeal that the fenced car deck W.Peach side.





Nicely substantial addition to Midtown and the skyline.

I agree. The Spring side high rise also looks nicer in person than in pictures, but it does seem like there won't be retail on spring side. The ground floor all looks like a large interconnected lobby space.
