^ Aw man I feel like I had the perfect play for this one, but I can't find the photo!

It is that very same pier, but with the hurricane-ravaged hotel that used to sit atop it. Must have been 10+ years ago now, I just can't find it. I got married in Galveston and I have a bunch of photos with that pier as the backdrop.

I stayed a night at that hotel once back in the late 80s. Was too drunk then to remember much about it now.
