If ya'll want to see a change in the new downgrade, people need to pull out of their contracts. I understand that there's way more to it than that. You can't cancel real estate transactions like that, especially given the considerations people weigh to decide they want to own somewhere but you need to voice it.
As with everything, it's about money. If these developers figure out a way to make more money, they will do it. 10 out of 10 times. If they figure out that taking retail out of the plan will make them more money, they will do it. If they try, and then realize that it's going to cost them money, that is the only thing that will change course.
