They will never sell, they intend to expand their downtown campus to the West into this area. They will likely retain ground and lower floors and partner with developers like they did at the Claire or with the apartment tower at Chestnut and State.

Jesus, that November angled sunlight makes One Chicago look like something out of a Gotham City comic book. Absolutely stunning!

Amazing photo all around. Especially the train.

In iLeunamme's Nov 21 photo, One Chicago and St. Regis look almost identical in height and girth, as if they were twins. I like this view!

Apologies if this has been asked before, but will OCS have any nighttime lighting elements? I feel like this building could shine like a diamond at night with just the right about of lighting....

Also, SolarWind, amazing pics! This is reminding me I am out of shape and need to get a membership to that Lifetime Fitness when it opens....

AFAIK crown lighting is part of the plan, and I haven't heard anything about it being eliminated. The red FAA lights were recently added, but those doesn't really count.

The last few pieces of skip bay glass are going in right now. That east elevation facing Holy Name looks great with clean lines from the ground all the way to the top of the building.

The diagram illustrating this project does not include the other tower. If that could be included, i think the massive scale of this project could be better

understood.

Absolutely gorgeous shots, Harry!

Your second shot shows what a real POS Ashbury Plaza is, especially relative to OCS. Hopefully that turd's days are numbered.
