Not super excited about this choice. This scheme doesn't refresh the facade design, it seems* to lack of ground retail/uses on all sides to activate the street, guessing the program mix isnt very innovative, no roof access on the lower apts, and they destroy the existing smaller buildings on main street instead of integrating them like south main.
Not to be negative, its amazing they are moving forward, and the restored tower roof access looks sick. just feels like there were more opportunities from other proposals (biased toward Carlisle and Tower Group's proposals
)
