FORT LAUDERDALE | 100 NW 7th Avenue | 544 FT | FLOORS

A bit preliminary so I don't have any official documents.

But FAA filing indicate this building to be 544 FT on an extremely slim lot. The property has undergone owner changes but it seems the new owners are very serious about this.

According to early property zoning docs, this will include 288 units, ground floor retail, and a parking reduction.

This tower will be one of the tallest if not the tallest outside of the core, signaling a spreading skyline beyond Flagler Village & Downtown.

FTL keeps trotting out tall proposals. I’d like to see one or two of them actually break ground.

This 4 tower complex by Namdar Group was hinted around 2022-2023 but they haven't submitted any official documents.

This tower is only a few blocks away from it!

I’m guessing Related’s Andare is the best bet among the tallies to get going.

Agreed. I would also say DNA and the twin towers by Naftali. DNA is shovel ready but its just waiting for lower interest rates.

I also just now searched up property records and I guess Namdar did actually purchase the site for around 62 million in 2023 for the four tower project.

It really is, they should apply for a DRC site plan permit and get the ball rolling. It would be great to have them all going up at once but that's far fetched.

The industrial area near Progresso village could technically also densify to this scale with the live local act.

All of this density needs some type of transit!
