How on earth did Ship Street Village get chosen for Waterfront over vike's design???

the kicker was the client was the owner of the giant parking lot behind it and the plan came with a second phase with a larger project connected to it.

another one of mine....wawanesa office tower for Broadway and Main Street. Before they decided to go to true north square.





there was a glass version too.

Not in Winnipeg but I once did a scheme for a roadside cafe on the trans Canada near Elie. This guy bought this lantern shaped piece and some curtain wall from polo park when it was renovated. Wasn’t Moxies in that thing? I think it used to face Portage. He wanted to re-use it.
