city club apts have sprouted up around the midwest:
asia capital real estate and michigan based city club have $750 million worth of projects under development/construction in Cincinnati, Detroit, Chicago, Pittsburgh, Minneapolis, Kansas City, Louisville and Cleveland with expansion planned for the East Coast.
now it cleveland's turn -- and they seen to have gotten a particularly nice urban styled one, designed by local firm vocon.
best of all -- its taking up an eyesore parking lot that used to be the keith's hippodrome theater bldg (torn down in 1981).
one other funny thing about the site, its right next door to the old and well known cleveland city club building, no affiliation tho.
work was stalled by the pandemic, but should start Q4 or Q1.
