Accounting for travel patterns pre-pandemic, only 48.2% as many people rode the system on a weekday in July 2022 when compared to the same period in July 2019. When comparing June 2022 and June 2019, that number was 50.6%.
An interesting data point to watch. This is the first time that would indicate that the ridership recovery has stalled. On a positive side, more people are using the system on Sundays. This further supports that the PATH is transiting away from a commuter system.
