This is almost exactly in line with the southern main stage at Lolla (TMobile) Pumped for it to be much more prominent next year!

That core going up is a monster. Dang. That takes up a ton of floor space.

Definitely illustrates the necessity of the cantilever.

I've been getting lazy on the uploading and posting part. Then again, it hasn't changed too much.

The footprint looks tiny compared to all the new developments around!

Could they please tell 900 W Randolph about their secret glass supplier.

Also that silver is pretty fire. My theory has been that this building is going to exceed expectations and although this is only a tiny bit of material, I think this is a very good sign.

I'm a fan of it so far. The Michigan Ave streetwall could use some modern metallic flair. And while much of South Loop is becoming glass + metal, the skyline-impacting residential towers in the area have unique shapes and rooflines, as well as varied heights, creating a really nice southern extension of our skyline.

Add NEMA 2 (or whatever will go there), eventual 300-600 ft infill, and the 78 as a backdrop, and South Loop will not only be well-integrated into the larger downtown area, but alone could rival most North American skylines.

Very nice glass. Looks like they spent some extra money into it, atleast on the lower levels.

Those spandrels... f'n beautiful.

It's rare we even get a curtain wall on a residential tower, let alone one this nice.
