Looking forward to this. Should add to the skyline views from Piedmont Park.

They were doing some heavy-duty excavation across the whole parcel today. Might be 15 foot deep from the high Juniper side. I remember visiting friends in those white apartments to the east back 25 years or so. So different these days!

Sorry about no pics.... I was in a hurry

I noticed the floor count supposedly changed but I did a side by side comparison of these renderings and they are essentially the same.. The new one has one more floor of garage shown and a slightly different massing at the top but floor count looks identical to me.

The above pictures really "raises the question".... which project will be completed first - Dewberry or 1081 Juniper St?

The taller building has reached above street level with the second building not far behind.

Bigger is not always better. ATL needs to figure that out. A lot of these new developments are taking lively places and turning them into dead zones.

Albeit, this "dead zone" will add another thousand permanent residents that will help fill "live zones" nearby. Adaptation underway...

the lobby entrance looks great imo. nothing will replace the atmosphere of einsteins, however, initial plans call for 9k sq/ft of retail, probably not the dead zone you’re prophesying.

Wow, this looks identical to Momentum Midtown (1018 West Peachtree). Only a slight lighter facade.

Oh, okay. So it won't just be the lobby. I think the lobby in the middle looks fine. I assume the retail is on both sides.
