Thanks! Yes, please. Any chance they can be larger?

No prob! Here you go - I think attaching the actual link will probably help with the image size so here's a couple with all the extra stuff I'm (mostly) hoping gets built

Was messing around in Photoshop last night and (tried) to add renders of 300 Main + the Hemisfair tower/hotel into a pic i shot a few years ago from the Zoo garage. Not sure how accurate the scale is, but it gives an idea, especially the gap between Rivercenter and the rest of Downtown.

Just for fun added some more buildings in this one. A "signature" tower and some residential buildings around the Travis Park area, Greyhound station/the lots around it and the 1603 Broadway site.

Nice! The first one looks pretty accurate to me. The second one: if only! I think there's a height limit in the Pig & Pearl area, so that building at 1603 wouldn't be that tall. But I'd certainly welcome it.

Thanks! Figured it was close enough to get a general idea, the hotel might get blocked by the Emily Morgan in reality but it was sort of hard to tell.

Haha we can dream! Honestly I've never understood the height limits outside of DT. The old Joske's proposal I can *begrudgingly* understand, the Riverwalk too... but Broadway seems kind of random. It'll be nice to have a little Midtown skyline there though, however it turns out.

There's also the curved building in Hemisfair Park. It will be the same height as the Hilton Palacio Del Rio.

On a related rabbit hole note, I found this.

A 600 foot tower as drawn there would completely change the skyline we well deserve. I hope something like it can be built in the near future.

Been a while since I updated any polygons and shared but given the changes at Hemisfair, UTSA, and the Hixon development on Broadway moving forward I thought I'd re-attempt showing how things might look in the next few years. A lot of these are placeholders until we get more details of course

Updated the Google Earth polygons at Hemisfair that reflect the most current site maps. The 10-story apartments and hotel should match their eventual locations somewhat accurately. I'm still using a placeholder for that third building but if its 17 floors I'm guessing it will have a similar height to that of the hotel.
Also made sure to add in both the Residence Inns across from Main Plaza and near the Pearl as well as the Oxbow / McCombs family mixed-use projects.

^^ Nice! If all those get built there will be a good amount of mid-rises in the Pig & Pearl and around downtown.

Isn't there another mid-rise proposal that would be off to the bottom right of the last image?

Wasn't sure where to post this but just wanted to mention that Google Earth updated 3D imagery for downtown again so now 300 Main, Kimpton Hotel, Civic park, Alamo plaza, San Pedro Creek and a few more projects can be seen far better now. Some of the shading seems a bit funny but the Tower finally has its antenna rendered again too
