Indeed. Baltimore is probably the single most underreported major US city on this site.

I mean it’s called skyscraperpage and Baltimore doesn’t really build skyscrapers all to often so I’m not to shocked lol.

What it does do is infill like crazy, so while the skyline doesn’t change to frequently the changes on the ground are rapid fire atm.

The last phase of this site calls for a ~150m in a few years so we’ll see what comes out of that.

Glad to see my hometown finally getting some attention on this site - there's been a dearth of Bmore content here for a long time.

Yep, haven't lived there in years but it's good to see the city finally investing in itself.

Construction has been vertical for a few months. I'll see if I can snap some picks when I'm in the city over the weekend.

The red brick mid-rise with the arches on the bottom two floors has some serious Morris Adjmi vibes to it. That's a good thing.

It’s a hotel and being built in conjunction with the two towers. I give credit where credit is due in that Baltimores doesn’t throw up BS. All the major recent projects architecturally are pretty on point.

What are the taller towers in the back left of the first post? The taller of the two looks like it could be approaching 500'.
