I'm sort of confused which building is which - between Drexel and uCity developments - so I am putting it all here for now.

^^Thanks for posting!

The building being framed out by steel is the new Drexel College of Nursing Building (this thread).

The smaller building next to it is the new Elementary School.

The building being framed out by wood is the new apartment building on Lancaster Ave.

The hole in the ground where foundation work is being done is One uCity Square.

I was just at one of Penn's building on Market and the construction taking place in this area is crazy. Basically rebuilding multiple city blocks from scratch.

It doesn’t show up on any of the above photos, but the facade that isn’t transparent glass is opaque dark tan. It’s… not terrible, not bad at all, just a bit jarring at first glance (especially because the renderings made it look pinkish).

I was visiting the city this weekend and happened to drive by this one. Good amount of cladding installed now! Photos taken by me on my phone on 08/22/2021.

I actually don’t hate it. The color is a lot better in person, and it helps break up what would otherwise just be a sea of turquoise and blue buildings.

Based on the renderings, it looks like the gold/brown areas are just the base layer that panels will be attached to.
