Damnnnnnnnnnn! I almost forgot about this one. It looks like it could turn out to be a real landmark for the area

Might need to wait a few decades for the market to support a 1000 footer at this location.

Ok relax, I just missed the East part in the title, SORRY.

42 floors is a bit much here.

Neat looking project.....connected towers seem to be the new twisting tower rage these days. I have a question though, is there another rendering because i seem to only be able to count around 24 & 34 stories?

The SSP database says the taller tower is 34 floors. Thread title needs to be changed.

Yes, you are correct, these towers got a haircut courtesy of the city. Still will be taller than almost anything else in the 'hood.

That new revised rendering is ugly. I wasn't a fan of the original design posted at the start of this thread, but at least the taller tower gave some element to this building.

I really like the new design but, not for its building site. It dominates more than the taller version.

I never loved the first design and I have equal feelings for this one. I will agree that that it feels to bulky for that area.

I would love to see what Context is doing in King West at this location. I think that development would fit right in.

The East Bayfront needs to find its own vibe. The design is not my thing, but in the context of the larger unknown development that is to follow it might work.
