A 2-bedroom with comparable views is going for ~$4400, which is a steal relative to Chicago's peers.
And best of all, you don't have to see the gaudy signage on 401 N Wabash, which is the challenge that LondonHouse has to face daily.

I would say WPE is a much better location for actual living.

these rates are likely the "lease up" incentives only which WPE does not have since it's already lease up.

They always say the rooftop is the "5th facade" of a building, this must be the 6th facade. I think there is 1 or 2 proposal in Fulton Market that would have something similar as well.

Reposting from HighRise Projs, forgot this had it's own thread:

If anyone is looking for an amazing view of the Carbide Building, 'The Millie' has got you covered.

PS - This is my favorite angle of NEMA. Looking tall and skinny here.

Just did a little investigative work on hotels.com and see that the CitizenM hotel in the building looks like it is opening in late September. Just in time for the marathon.

I find those underside murals to be tawdry and contrived. If the architecture is good it doesn't need a cheap appliqué.

Agreed. Either pay to have it painted on or don't do it at all.
