So as far the site behind The Grand, I know half of it is for the Colburn School expansion but is there anything planned for the other half?

Not bad. The stacked blocks and angles and cutouts give it a bit of architectural interest on an otherwise nondescript and inoffensive design. I wonder if that beige concrete cladding will be on the final product.

KABC 7 reported tonight that the Grand's hotel will be a Conrad, one of Hilton's three luxury hotel brands.
