Some of the renderings make it look like the terracotta elements end around the first set back at the top and others suggest they continue on up but get narrower. Will be interesting to see this transition either way.

The constant renewal of NYC is amazing. Ten years ago, the area around GCT was still pretty shoddy. No self-respecting firm would have its office south of 50th St (in Midtown at least). Now this area is amazing.
