Dilworth Radius 26 fl....not sure but I believe this has started construction?

Quote:
What to expect: The Radius development includes two buildings: One will be a 26-story high-rise called the Overlook, the other will be an eight-story mid-rise called the Enclave, Spandrel co-founder Emanuel Neuman tells Axios. All told, construction will take less than three years after it begins early next year.

The Radius hasn't broken ground yet. It's proposed for the vacant lot to the west of these. These are 12 and 14 floor residential towers by two different developers. One is tailored to seniors called The Village and the other from a developer named Hanover.

Charlotte is in a role. Are there more shops and restaurants popping up uptown yet?

South End has picked up many restaurants and added street life. It’s only a matter of time before both Uptown and Southend pop with more retail and street level commercial.

The office tower is totally the love child between BMO Tower in Chicago and Park Tower in SF, and it's a looker! The rest of the complex looks nice too, with the copper-colored fins bookending the office tower. Love it!
