I went to Norrebro last month. It just seemed like the rest of Copenhagen, so not sure what makes it uniquely cool.
I wound up going to Kadikoy by luck one time and really loved it (I finished my daily itinerary early so thought it'd be fun to catch a random ferry leaving the Golden Horn. Wound up in Kadikoy).
