The Seaholm Residents has similar exposed concrete and the W has uneven balconies so it's not the only one, except 6X has bragging rights to both of these features.

I thought after the 70s we were all in agreement that exposed concrete is bad. Insert "how many times do I have to teach you this lesson old man" meme.

The glass towards the top, near the crown, is a slightly different shape in the rendering than in person.

CEO.

Never thought a giant pair of black curtains could look so good on a skyscraper.

Not the best, sort of sick of this angle, but good closeup of the crown

That 400' concrete slab won't age well. I did not realize that was going to stay.

Honestly don’t mind the exposed concrete with the glass. It adds some texture and not just all glass.

I haven't looked closely, but do the balconies have glass/railing on yet?

A few do but the majority do not.

This photo shows that all but the top six floors have clear glass/railings. The West corner appears to be finished to the top. None of the balconies look finished to me, but they do have glass/railings on most.

Yeah, it definitely looks unfinished from that angle. I'm doing my best to reserve judgment but it's stinkin' hard.

Thanks for the clarification, y'all. Eeeesh, it's hard to tell if they're there or not.

I do love how far out you can see this beast. All in all, at least it doesn't have a dance on top!

The exposed concrete looks worse in pictures than in person, from what I've seen. Still, I think they would have been better off cladding it in the white paneling used on the crown, which I actually quite like.

Rows of recessed glass balconies always look kind of unfinished to me, especially from angles where you can see the interior roof. You see a ton of these in places like Miami. Given how many resi towers we have, I'm kind of surprised this is the first one to have that effect.

Folks who understand this stuff better - could cladding be added later if needed or would it absolutely have to be done at this stage in the process?

It would be fairly easy to add later, but painting it seems more practical.
