Looks like we might be getting a crane this weekend. Couple of trucks on site this morning with crane components and quite a few personnel.

Great pics!

If you ever get the motivation do a full photo update of downtown.

We dont have a lot of photographers on the forum.

I used to be out there all the time, then work picked up and it got hot.
Once it starts cooling down, I'll be out there again.

Mornings are getting really nice again. Maybe I can venture out one weekend mourning for photos.

Groundbreaking ceremony was today. One of the retail shops was announced as a "coffee-to-cocktail" concept at ground floor level.

You can see a little bit of it from the Phoenix north webcam but that’s about it. I don’t know if there is a webcam up for the site.

Yeah, I noticed that too. At this rate, it could catch up with Derby. Vegas needs to give a betting line on this.

Derby is further along than most realize. Much of the façade has actually been completed and some of the scaffolding is coming down on the North side.
