I wish we'd just fill the city with different colors, sizes and other variations of this instead of glass boxes.

There are a lot of glass boxes going up in Chicago, but not nearly as many as complaints about the scourge of glass buildings. There are just as many or more buildings with brick or metal facades, some of it quite nice, going up.

Said crane (on the right) with Atrium Village Phase III in the red. 308 W Erie in the foreground with the mobile crane.

Some details on 808: not sure how up to date this is https://nnup.org/wp-content/uploads/...-8-15-2018.pdf.

Exciting to see all the work finally getting going along Chicago Ave with possibly more on the way.

Also FYI the crane on Atrium Village III was running today.

As someone who lived near Atrium village for a bit, to me, it really is an awesome project. Just the way it has taken low rises and parking lots into 3 decent new buildings and restoring the 1 is really a nice boost for the area along with tower of Jewel...all right next to transportation..very good development indeed.

speaking of Atrium Village it looks like the tower crane is awake and moving again today. Hadn't seen it moving since the lock down.
