Great update. Happy to see Chipotle opening up. The area has a really good positive vibe with lots of new food options.

oooh Chipotle, the Guildford one is ok but parking is a pain and it gets so busy. The hub offers very easy parking and when energetic not too much of a walk from the BF's place in whalley.

Whalley Blvd extension down to 97A Ave has been identified in the City's capital construction program to commence around 2023.

We might even see Whalley Blvd being extended before the Phase E breaks the ground.
Private developers in Surrey are not responsible for the arterial road constructions, but the city will recoup the cost through the future Development Cost Charges.

Just a few casual photos of places open and opening soon at KG Hub.
Jollibee is open and no crazy lines, but certainly busy inside.

Kinton Ramen is under construction and should be opening soon.
There is a new Pho place opening next to Rice and Noodle that is also under construction, didn't grab a photo of this one.

Isn't it offices on the second floor? They still have a leasing page up for it on their website so maybe they are just building it first. March 2023 Google Maps has a green development proposal under the restaurant leasing sign.
