You can really see how this project stands out on the blue route exiting off to the 76W. Good addition to Conshy's skyline.

Less than a week to go before it’s topped off - the final beam will be hoisted next Thursday. I work for ABC and we are having a beam signing celebration today. Very excited to see this building rise in Conshy.

Conshohocken's $325M Sora West project marks development milestone

https://www.bizjournals.com/philadel...ect-marks.html

Quote:
Sora West, a $325 million mixed-use project that is redefining Conshohocken’s skyline, topped out last week, marking a major milestone for the development.

The 11-story building at 125 E. Elm St. reached its final height on Thursday. It will become the new headquarters for AmerisourceBergen, which will occupy 429,122 square feet of office space. Though AmerisourceBergen already has a presence in Conshohocken at Millennium III, an office building at 227 Washington St., the pharmeceutical company will relocate its corporate operations to Sora West from that office and a larger location at the Chesterbrook Corporate Center in Wayne.

You can see this on the blue route at the KOP exit. It looks huge and has a big impact on Conshy's skyline. Also, you can see the crane for the Seven Tower Bridge building under construction too.

^ Just saw it within the hour. The elevation of the ground on which it sits makes it look even taller than it is.

Appears that they received a waiver to continue construction.
