Can confirm. I go to the LA Fitness there and have been seeing workers the past few days inside the parking area.

Establishment sues developer North American Properties

https://www.bizjournals.com/atlanta/...roperties.html

Quote:
Establishment says it is being pushed out so that the developers can backfill the space at 1197 Peachtree St. NE with a new tenant at a higher monthly rent. Establishment claims the developers disregarded the restaurant early the redevelopment process, operating heavy machinery around the space during business hours and blocking exterior and interior entrances.

Colony Square Rebrands Planned Food Hall ‘Politan Row’

https://whatnowatlanta.com/colony-sq...w-spring-2021/

Quote:
Colony Square’s planned food hall has a new operator and a new name, according to a press release Wednesday from developer North American Properties (NAP). Slated to open in spring 2021 in Midtown’s 50-year-old mixed-use destination, which is undergoing a $400 million transformation, will be Politan Row at Colony Square. It will be operated by Politan Group. Originally, NAP had tapped Indigo Road’s Steve Palmer to curate the food hall which was to be called Main & Main. Next up was Oz Rey which also departed the project.

Politan Group, headed by Will Donaldson since 2014, has opened six food halls in Chicago, Miami, Houston, and New Orleans. Of Politan Group’s food halls, three have won “best restaurant” awards and three of its original food concepts have been nominated for James Beard awards. Colony Square marks the seventh and largest food hall in Politan Group’s portfolio, with room for 11 food and beverage concepts, a central bar, and three event spaces (plus a secret bar).

^^Looks like a mix between dining options you see in a corporate office and a mall.

Design looks like Henry Jova's original Colony Square!

That said, I think we will like the new open air design.

15th Street Arts District Plaza

Quote:
North American Properties’ ongoing work at the corner of 15th and Peachtree Streets includes repurposing the outer edge of the existing public plaza in support of a new 6-story office building anchored by Jones Day.

Building 500 will be part of the overall Colony Square complex and will deliver in summer 2021.

Midtown Alliance’s concurrent project will update and refresh the plaza interior during this interim period while the new office building is in construction.
This phase of the project will include new seating, hardscape improvements, games, activities and programming jointly sponsored by NAP and Midtown Alliance.
