This appears to be the Pembina Highway isolation valve for the Esso/Shell Red river crossing of the pipeline and not a pumping station.

I wonder if you are thinking of the TC Energy / Centra Gas St. Norbert Gate Station on the west side of Hwy 75 closer to Winnipeg in La Salle. That is a bigger complex tied to the TC pipeline(s) and is one of the control / master metering locations for accessing natural gas for the Winnipeg area.

The partnership involves opening a new ICLR Climate Resilience Centre in downtown Winnipeg in the months ahead. With this partnership agreement, Wawanesa will sponsor the ICLR by providing office space and operating funds to open a new centre on the main floor of Wawanesa’s former Canadian headquarters at 191 Broadway Avenue.
