Construction Timeline: 2018 - 2021 completion

Official groundbreaking ceremony: 9/20/18

Design Features:
•LEED Platinum Sustainable: The building will be Zero Net Energy and is targeting a LEED Platinum certification. The building will also use at least 50% less water than a typical office building of its size.

•Inviting: The building, in addition to office space, will have approximately 6,000 square feet of retail, an auditorium for approximately 300, a multi-vendor food court, and will create an attractive pedestrian plaza.

•Wellness: The building is designed for employee wellness in mind, including having an emphasis on natural daylight, providing clean, filtered outside air, and the use of solar shading to minimize glare and thermal hot spots.

Whoah, where did this one come from, and did you have your eye on it for a while?
Hopefully this is just as good as the last cycle of towers built.

This is going to be one of those buildings whose scale is deceiving. It looks shorter than it actually is because of its bulk.

Technically this project isn’t a proposal any more because they’re driving piles and laying the foundation. Not sure if the admins want to relocate this page?

I'm curious about the "fins", for a lack of a better word, that protrude out from the lower level windows. Do they have a purpose or simply decorative?

Basically it fills a gap in the skyline from every angle. We all know some angles hide the best buildings because they are all the same height
