A clean look to it. Some of those pics on a side note... the shadows on the surroundings. Philly does good work with its Canyon Effect. None of that pesky sunlight, as the shadows keep the streets cool during the summer. Skyscraper cooling.

I went to the NJ battleship in Camden with my girl friend and saw Arthaus. What a dominating impact it has! Looks taller then what it actually is. You can see it well from the skyline from the north as well.

True, I remember going down North Delaware Avenue and seeing it straight ahead. It can be seen very well from New Jersey from Palmyra all the way to the Commodore Barry Bridge

It's slowly continuing on the east face, around the first few floors above tbe terrace they are preparing to install the cladding, they had to pour concrete on the perimeter of each terrace

Does anyone know if this and/or the Laurel will have any form of night lighting? Like Liberty, or FMC tower
