Just FYI

Images hosted on imgur can be resized by just adding a letter to the end of the file name. Adding 'h' to the end of the file name I think works best for the forum. I added 'h' to the images in the quote below

For reference

s = small thumbnail
m = medium thumbnail
l = large thumbnail
h = huge thumbnail

It looks great when you can actually see the facade sample in clearer resolution.

This NYC-based SHoP Architects firm is definitely on a roll. Their terracotta homemade trend is looking clever.

They did something kinda similar to their 111 West 57th Street in Manhattan, as part of the billionaires row out there.

Except that the pattern and texture of that sample might be better.

Found a few obstruction evaluations for the block portion that were recently filed. I’m pretty sure they already had some approved over a year ago so not sure what these were for as none of the heights have changed

If you can view it, here's a link to a pretty cool time-lapse video on LinkedIn, posted by Bedrock, showing a recent crane jump at the site.

I had been watching the Hudson Site YouTube channel's webcam recordings almost daily and got rather impatient with the seemingly slow pace of things. So I decided to compile the monthly screenshots below to compare them side by side and better appreciate the progress:

I watch them daily too, so that's cool to see the progress like that! I think this first couple floors are taking longer because they are part of the parking garage so they are more reinforced (which I think takes longer to build). Also, in the bottom right corner they are building a ramp, which again I think takes longer. Once the parking decks are completed, I hope they speed up some!

Wow, that's cool to see the last 10 months' worth of activity all together like that. Thanks P-wiz!

Not the quickest project in the history of construction, but solid progress is being made.
