Lille - France

The city of Lille has 226,800 inhabitants, it is the fourth urban area in France with 1.2 million inhabitants. The whole metropolitan area of Lille, both on French and Belgian territory (Kortrijk, Tournai, Mouscron, Ypres) was estimated in 2007 at around 1,885,000 inhabitants, ranking as one of the major metropolitan areas of Europe.

I know this city very good cause it is nearby , 70km but altough the pictures are very good it doesn't show the true face of the city.
Some wonderful old parts , Citadelle and certainly Wazemmes are missing here.

Lately the city core underwent tremendous good changes and the former known industrial suburbs are going good aswell.

The Nord has potential , a lot of it.
