Starting to get a real sense of the materials and it's looking quite fine!

I was driving south on 95 the other day, and was surprised this stood out so much from No!ibs. Great building.

I drove over the Passyunk Bridge and it looks great from that angle; it also looks a good deal bigger than the PSFS Building and even though its on Broad Street the angle makes it look like its around 8 street when it isn't.

Looking nice! I know members on here are all clamoring for another supertall (I mean, me too), but if the city gets a speckling of more towers like this and the Laurel, things are going to shape up nicely.

Wrong thread here.
Re: BSL discussion to Navy Yard.
If it's going to happen, now is as good as it's going to get in terms of federal dollar being targeted for infrastructure, including transit.

I wouldn't not mind more glass towers in the above photo. It would be a nice contrast fro the old to the new. Also, the Bellevue is stunning in this photo.

Just got pictures and toured the tower yesterday. Apparently they're currently in talks to add decorative lighting

^With this buildings blocky setbacks (which look cool), I think LED lights outlining the building, or at least the top would look good... sort of like that building in Dallas.
