Yeah, drove by this site over the weekend....looked like they were almost done with the foundation of this thing. I was driving though. Didn't ge as good a look as I wanted.

This is going to start to shoot up.

Nice!

So, does this mean they will be building the Jefferson office/medical building and the apartment building at the same time??? Orrrr are the two tower cranes specifically for the underground garage construction?

What a shot! What was once a dumpy, depressing area of Center City looks fantastic now - and will look 100x better with a new tower soon.

Second that. National Real Estate Development has sort of quietly transformed two huge, vitally important blocks in Center City over the last, whatever it has been, 5-6 years. I think maybe because we had a supertall going up, and other huge projects, and of course, the pandemic--"East Market" hasn't gotten enough attention.
