I want to see progress on the lobby and when will the tower open? I haven’t had a chance to go down there to snap pics

The lobby is actually pretty nice. When tower 2 is built, the lobbies will probably be the most striking feature of the towers from the ground level.

Wow, what a contrast to the pencil residential units. Those are not only some massive floor plates, but not a lot of taper going on.

It's large, but will seem small to the likes of 50 Hudson and the Spiral.

The Eugene is such an ugly building. I can't wait to see the next tower rise and overshadow the Eugene.

I like the curved edges/glass, but overall I just feel like the Hudson yards buildings are uninspired. Not bad, but nothing that screams "wow"

yeah, only the curves stand out here. architecturally speaking. i think that unresolved flat rooftop really adds to the boredom factor unfortunately.

however, up close, or at least as close as you can get, the glass really stands out. its noteworthy quality.

it will be a really high quality building to be working inside of no doubt.

also, i think the courtyard area between the buildings here will be nicely done. i hope so.
