New construction permit issued for 626 S Wabash. Unit count increased from 150 to 164 units

That shot is looking down Wacker/Fulton. 160 N. Morgan is between Randolph and Lake. Looks like it was taken from Two Illinois Center. Pretty epic shot actually.

I like this project. The developer did a great job on 609 and this plays off the same design elements.

Pretty soon there won't be any more surface parking lots in the surrounding area and that's great news.

Edit for additional observation: 12 floors at 225ft must mean massive floor to ceiling heights. Very cool...

That's also south of Lake st. This crane is on Fulton (you can see the Google signage on the old cold storage building) The only other possibility would be 210 N. Aberdeen but that crane is situated mid block between Lake and Fulton
