38 Story Skyscraper propsed (Buffalo, NY)

There is a soon to be proposed 38 story skyscraper on the waterfront of Buffalo, NY. It has not been offically announced yet but there is a diagram available on google sketchup. I was hoping someone else knows where to find the specifics. Thanks!

Looks like a "fantasy" drawing to me.

The model was “uploaded by: Buffalonian on June 16, 2008”

If it was soon to be announced, two years after the fact we would have heard something. I wouldnt feed the hype machine on this one...

I did not notice that. I heard some rumor that there is a building in the works that would be taller than HSBC tower and they were not referring to the Buffalo City Tower. Any ideas?

Without a published proposal by a reputable source (i.e.) not some random person's fantasy drawing, I wouldn’t even waste your time digging into this one. And even with a proposal it's very unlikely anything would be built.
