PMC Property Group has played a leading role in the evolution of the western edge of Center City and now President Ron Caplan says, thanks to owning certain air rights, the company could build something atop the SEPTA tracks similar to Hudson Yards in New York City.
I think these are just some ideas being thrown around at this point, and not a legit proposal, therefore I'll close this thread for now until more concrete plans come to light.
