that first rendering looked like a chrysler building ripoff almost, but the tower itself looks different, and pretty nice.

Yeah, LONG overdue! I had NO idea this building was so long under construction!

I love to watch 'em rise!

It's a shame it will only be 319m (~1060ft) though. If they could have kept the original model's height of >500m...

The design of the tallest tower looks a lot like the tower that has just been topped out in Mong Kok.

According to the above "bonus shot", the taller tower still has to catch up with the lower part.
